You will have the idea of whom to trust and whom not to. The heavy heart will definitely be relieved – one way or another. It is a dangerous world out there and you are the lone person to help yourself. Be brave and act wisely. Talk to people and get your mind sorted. TRUST ME..! Speaking out will definitely help.

Also, If a person reached out to you who is suffering from these kinds of issues, make sure to help them out listen to them patiently. The person suffering from depression can be anyone – your colleague, your child, your partner, your sibling, or your parent… anyone….! What you need to do is just talk to people and help them out. It’s only humane to help another human.

Every thought is a battle, every breath is a war and we as humans have to win it anyway…!
