1. Attack On Titan

The storyline is set 2000 years from now when the earth is inhabited by giant humanoids called Titans. The Titans have nearly exterminated all the humans from earth. The remaining humans have built a huge wall which separates them from the titans. For more than 100 years now, the life behind the wall was peaceful, until that fateful day. The walls separating the titans is destroyed by a giant Titan and now the other titans flood the villages devouring human beings. The hero of the series see’s his mother killed infront of his very own eyes and he vows to kill all the titans.

2. Naruto

Naruto is the story of a young ninja known as Naruto Uzumaki. He aims to become the strongest ninja of all who is known as Hokage. When Naruto was just a newborn baby, his village was attacked by a powerful fox called Nine-Tails. His father had then sealed the fox inside his body inorder to defend the village. Once Naruto is twelve he becomes a ninja and part of an elite team. He completes missions that are requested by the villagers and during his journey, he discovers many new abilities and faces new dangers.

3. Death Note

Death Note is one of the most intriguing and unique anime series. A high school boy discovers the power of a book known as Death Note. He learns that anyone whose name is written in this book dies and so he plans to cleanse the earth from all evil. He kills all the people whom he considers as sinners and evil doers. To tackle the situation of unsolved deaths, a famous detective called L is called upon by the authorities. Every episode of this series is unique and has many twists which is sure to keep you at the edge of your seat.

4. Code Geass

Set in a parallel universe, this anime series is the story of Lelouch vi Britannia. He is a Britannian who is living in Japan. The war between Britannian and Japan results in heavy destruction and loss of his mothers life. His sister also looses her ability to walk and see which results in more devastating situations. These situations cause the lead hero to vow to destroy the complete Britannian kingdom. Later on in the series he recevies the power of Geass which allows him to command control over anyone. He becomes the face of the rebellion and sets forth to destroy Britannian once and for all.

5. Tokyo Ghoul

This unique series potrays an alternative setting where Ghouls , individuals who can only live on human flesh live among humans. They hide their true nature and evade pursuit frrom the authorities. The story follows Ken Kaneki a college student who barely survives a ghoul attack. On his date with a girl named Rize who later on reveals herself as a ghoul, they meet with an accident.  When he wakes up in the hospital, kaneki realises that he has become half human half ghoul. The story is pretty interesting from that point.

6. Bleach

Bleach is a story of a high school student Kurosaki Ichigo who is unlike any ordinary kid. Why? Because he can see ghosts. Ever since a young age, he’s been able to see spirits from the afterlife. Ichigo’s life completely changes one day when he and his two sisters are attacked by an evil, hungry and tormented spirit known as a Hollow.

Dragon Ball Z follows the adventures of the protagonist Goku who, along with his companions, defends the Earth against an assortment of villains ranging from intergalactic space fighters and conquerors, unnaturally powerful androids and nearly indestructible creatures.

8. Case Closed Anime Series

Case Closed is a detective series filled with mystery and intrigue. The young detective at work is Detective Conan who has quite a story about his life itself. The young detective was a high school student and a well-known detective. One day when he was spying on a few members of Black Organization, he was captured. They gave him an untested drug and left him to die but instead of dying, his body shrank and he became a young boy. His brain worked very much like an adult and with the help of his new friends and Dr. Agasa he continues to solve mysteries for detective Koguro.

9. Cowboy Bebop

This hit anime series revolves around the “Cowboys” or the bounty hunters of the spaceship “Bebop”. The story is set in a hypothetical era when the earth has been destroyed which results in the humans inhabiting rocky planets and their moons. Since the crime is on the rise the Inter Solar System Police recruit bounty hunters to catch criminals alive in exchange of money.  Their adventures are epic to watch and so is the genius storyline which has great twists.

Fairy Tail is the story of the journey of a young mage Lucy Heartfilia. The series is based on the adventures of a group of young mage from the guild called Fairy Tail. The guild members complete missions that the villagers ask for and also fight the dark guilds. The lead hero of the series is Natsu Dragneel who wields the power of fire dragon. He partners up with Lucy Heartfilia, a celestial mage and Happy to journey towards great adventures. The guild members are strong mages and they go on numerous missions. It is their journey that is intriguing apart from the fight scenes.
